This policy covers this website. It explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with that information.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you ask us for the Own Your Fit Guide or sign up for our emails. If you give us your name or phone number we store those too.
• Anonymous usage counts. We record page views, how far down the page people scroll, and which buttons get clicked. This does not use cookies and is not tied to your name or email.

What we do with it

• Send you the guide you asked for.
• Send you fitness tips, offers and news. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them immediately.
• Understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them.

Who else sees it

Your details are held by us and by the service providers who run this site and send our email on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe. Anonymous usage records are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email support@manytonez.com and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
